BA is a well lit open space offering lots of natural light throughout. Polished concrete floor and large 7m cyclorama. The walls are fresh white brick throughout with 6 huge warehouse windows and an extra high ceiling. The entire 370sqm space has heating and air conditioning for comfort.

Our space is located in a lovely creative pocket on the city edge of Footscray. Close to a few beautiful cafes and restaurants, there are plenty of catering options (and great coffee).

Full day rates are 8 hours with an hour each side of the booking for the setup and pack down
